Finally the Black member “Go to man,” Martyn Hickey contacts me.

So I finally get an email from Martyn Hickey. How he can possibly label himself the black members, “Go to man,” is beyond me. As you have read I sent him distressing emails on more than one occasion and there was not a single syllable back for him. And you will see from his email below that he has actually been watching my emails go back and forth.

After writing numerous emails to anyone that is supposed to help me with the fact that I spent $20,000 on I really don’t know what. And after finally making it clear that I want a refund and explain why I want the refund. 

I get the following email from Martyn;

I have seen these emails going back and forth, I have also spoken in detail 
with your gold coach, who himself couldn’t understand what the issue is here.

There seems to be a lot of finger pointing here but with no accountability 
from either side.

that we have caused.. And will work till I’m blue in the face to get you back on 
track.

However, I must also state that I haven’t seen you on –

– One Black Hangout 
– One Live Webinar / founders calls / Elite calls / coffee calls 
– Never seen you in the Black Facebook group although I added you 
some months back 
– You have never replied to one of my emails 
– Never seen you in the Aus/Kiwi mastermind group 
– Never seen you interact with any other member 
– Never actually seen you take benefit of anything the SFM / DEA has to 
offer?

I appreciate that you have regular calls with your gold coach, but I believe 
these are also led with little support and development from your side as far as 
progression.

So, not really sure if any of that helps… But, if you are wanting to and 
are up for it then let me know and I WILL get you back on track. Seriously.

The system is in the best position it ever has been, the members are the 
happiest they have ever been (another gold platinum event this weekend) – just ask around…. 
Go for it.

Marco there will be no refund, I can fully confirm that now. However if you 
would like me to get you back on track then I will commit to work with you, but as far as 
the above and you also need to take a lot of action (webinars etc) this is obvious.

In addition to this I finally see an email from Jay. His email infuriated me because not only was it not addressed to me but it was giving Martyn a pat on the back for putting me in my place. I saw this email as the three of us standing in a room together and Jay speaking straight past me and to Martyn.

You have got to be kidding Justin. I have not only already sent at least 3 emails 
to Martyn but sent him a contact request via Skype. I have been chasing this person as well as 
Stuart and Jay for months to deal with my issue. How ridiculous is that? Me whom paid the money 
is chasing them. They know exactly why and about what I want to talk to them 
about, there is nothing vague or ambiguous about what it is I want from them.

I have really had enough of this. There is no chance of 
reconciliation considering how appalling these so-called leaders have behaved

sales results. And I did it all because I put my complete trust and hope into 
SFM and you “people”, for a better lifestyle.

Unless Stuart is a complete liar he should confess that he 
made a video stating that if a person follows the system and is not making at 
least $1000 per month within 1 year then he will refund the person’s total 
investment. I saw the video and my gold coach has also seen the video in the past.

We have now reached a point of no trust and no confidence 
and the required 12 months. I now am officially requesting a refund of the 
money I paid for the Elite and Black membership in AUD$ which is what I paid 
you in.

You have until the 12th of June to deposit the 
money.

Now I want my money back as stated by Stuart Ross in his video SCAM

So by now I am completely feed up, depressed and have lost all trust in Stuart Ross and the others. You may have seen that I sent all the leaders the same emails but not one of them at this stage has responded to my emails.

You would think by now that if any one of my emails contained any lies or false claims or inaccuracies that at least one of the people I sent the emails to would respond and point out my error. But all I received after paying $20,000 for the highest positioning available on SFM was silence from the so-called leaders.

So after speaking to Brenda Campbell who told me I need to speak to Justin Lingenfelter. I email Justin pretty much what you have already read. Except that this time I do it through the help desk because as you can imagine I am now getting serious.

A few days later I don’t hear from Justin so via the help desk again I email him.

Fourteen days later and no response from my sponsor, Stuart Ross SCAM

In my email yesterday you read that I gave Stuart 14 days to respond. I still have not heard from him and I find that completely appalling considering he is the leader of SFM and makes himself out to be a confident and member-caring leader.

You may have noticed that I also CC’d the all the emails to Jay, Martyn and Mark. You would think that one of them would take the time to reach out to a member, a black member who was obviously trying to address some major issues.

Below is the email I sent 14 days after my first email to him asking him, “what kind of crappy sponsor are you?”

Tomorrow I will send you the start of the emails requesting my money back. Stuart Ross’ promise was that if a person is not making at least $1000 per month within 12 months he will refund their total investment.

Well Stuart, it’s been more than 14 days since I sent you my email requesting that you either offer to mentor me to success (because you are after all my sponsor) or refund me the money I have spent to position myself at the black level.

As you well know you offered a money back guarantee via a video you put together where you stated that if within 12 months a person who signs up with you is not making at least $1000 per month then you will refund their full investment. Well the 12 months expires on June 21st 2014 and since I haven’t made a cent from your program nor have I heard peep from you I will presume that you have agreed to refund me my full investment instead of mentoring me. 

I am only being succinct when I say that I am bitterly disappointed and I can now only rely on the presumption that you are as honest as the people I heard you say 12 months ago that you were looking for to join SFM & DEA.

The Six Figure Mentors Scam Email To Stuart Ross

My first email to Stuart Ross was titled, “Stuart, what kind of crappy sponsor are you?”

Needless to say, he has never responded to this email.

Needless to also say was that I was blown away that the CEO of a company completely ignored an email from a disgruntled member of his organisation. Especially when that member had invested $20,000 into the CEO’s company. It is appalling behaviour.

Yes Stuart, I am unfortunately at the stage now where I need to ask you this question. 

I joined SFM in July 2013 and to date I have not heard peep from you and the mind-blowing part is that you are my direct sponsor. I joined SFM after watching videos from you that painted this wonderful picture of earning an income with the help of a laptop and Internet connection, that it would all happen in 6-12 weeks and that the support would be monumental. That as a Black member I would be rubbing shoulders with some of the best minds in the industry and that the lifestyle would be one that others only dream about. 

But unfortunately for me it has been nothing like what you had stated. 

Worse still I have poured out well over $20,000 AUD into this because I believed people like you and Mark Hayes and to date I have not made a single cent from all this. 

So seriously Stuart, I’d like to know, what kind of crappy sponsor are you? 

I recently sent an email to Mark Hayes titled – Mark Hayes, why did you mislead me? And I CC’d you, your mate Jay, the Black members, “Go to man” Martyn Hickey. 

In that email I outlined how I was unambiguously clear with Mark Hayes that I did not know a thing about internet marketing and that I was extremely time poor. I made it very clear to him that to get started and for an indeterminable time I was only interested in generating leads to send to SFM for conversion. In that email I told him that not one of his claims or promises (whatever you want to call them) had come to fruition, everything from the support a person who pays $20k is supposed to get to when the Q1 review would occur. The absolute bullshit that I had to go through to get Mark to speak to me after I handed over the money was unbelievable. 

And Mark, an update on what has happened since we did finally have our Q1 review on 14th of March 2014 is that the company you suggested I contact to get some social media management is overkill for what I need and they must have the same opinion because they didn’t respond to my request for a quote on how they can help me.

Martyn, you put yourself out there as a ‘Go to man’ for Black members and you too received this email and no communication from you either. “Go to man.” Really? Are you serious? 

So seriously guys, I’d like to know, what kind of crappy leaders are you? 

My gold coach has been the only person who has not made any false claims, has not lied to me, has not taken my money and run, who has kept his commitments to me, who is actually a ‘Go to man’ for help and support. Who has had to put up with my frustrations and annoyances at how everything has evolved. And the amazing thing is he is not my sponsor. Oh how I wish he were the founder of SFM and DEA. 

So Stuart, we are nearly at the point where I have to cash in on a video I saw as I was trying to make my decision as to whether or not I should join SFM. It wasn’t one of those videos I saw where you point out how good looking you think you are, but instead it was a video where you make the promise that, “if by the end of 12 months, I am not making at least $1000 per month, then you will refund my total investment.” 

There is absolutely no question that I have been following the system and putting in the hours and effort to make this happen. I have also done more than I said I wanted to do when I explained to Mark Hayes what it was I wanted to do to begin with. I did not want to have a website yet I have one, I did not want to try and build relationships with subscribers yet I have found myself trying that. I did not want to have to wake up at ridiculous hours here in Australia to watch webinars yet I have done that too. I have done everything asked of me and still no return on my investment. I am convinced that Mark Hayes agreed with everything I said I was willing to do simply to get a sale. The desire to obtain a result outweighed a desire to be honest. 

So twelve months will be approximately the 24th of July 2014 and I see only 3 options for myself. One would be to keep throwing money at solo ads and receiving regurgitated email addresses from around the world, which is simply not an option. Or there is option two and three. Which is that you Stuart step up to the plate and become a descent sponsor and directly and regularly coach me to return $12,000 by the end of July or you can refund to me all the money I have given to SFM and DEA, which is the Black membership fee, the Elite fee and the monthly fees. 

Please respond within 14 days.

During my initial investigation into SFM I watched a video by Stuart Ross that promised that if at the end of 12 months a person was not making $1000 per month, he would refund the person’s investment. I saw this video and a high-ranking Gold coach has told me he too has seen the video.  All the people at the top, Jay Stuart, Mark etc. are not admitting knowledge of this video and today I received an email from Martyn Hickey stating there would be no refund. And of course like most people do they blamed me and my efforts on my results. Even though my Gold coach has attested that I have done everything asked of me.
My name is Marco Gonzalez and I have decided to give you access to emails that have gone from me to all the so-called leaders of SFM over the past few months and have for the most part been ignored. Today I finally did get a response from Martyn, which has confirmed in my opinion that I have been lied to and wasted a lot of money on SFM. I encourage you  all the request these emails from me and form your own opinion as to whether or not you are with a reputable organisation.
Long story short I joined SFM in June 2013 as a black member and paid the $20,000 for positioning with a strict understanding that I did not have the time to do blogs or websites or videos etc. I made it clear to Mark Hayes that I only wanted to generate leads via solo ads for SFM to convert. He said this would be fine.
To date I have not made a cent from SFM but spent thousands.
